Privacy statement

We store details of your membership (membership/renewal date, your name and email address) for the duration of your membership on Google Drive. You can access your membership data by contacting us at fridaynightridetothecoast(at)gmail.com and requesting a copy. Please note your membership payment profile is held online with our payment provider, PayPal.

We store personal contact information, including email, phone numbers and any personal information you send us relating to the ride (including health or medical issues) for a period of no longer than 3 years, but delete emergency contact details on completion of the ride. This data is stored securely on Google Drive. We store all email communications related to your membership and participation in our rides within Gmail.

We store details of your ride history on Google Drive. The information you submit via the ride registration forms is used to help with the planning and running of each ride. It is treated confidentially and will only be seen by the ride organisers and admin volunteers, and never shared with anyone else.

Details of your newsletter contact preferences, including name and email address, are stored by Mailchimp for the duration of your newsletter subscription.

Accessing your data

To access a copy of your data, email us at fridaynightridetothecoast(at)gmail.com. We'll provide it in a secure and easy-to-use format.

Please note: We do not store any credit card information on Google Drive. This information is handled directly by our payment provider, PayPal.
